3. Performance Evaluation of Native Chicken under Improved Rearing Practices

A total of 45 native hens will be randomly distributed to five treatments with three replications. This will be laid-out in a Complete Block Design (CRD). Significant mean differences will be analyzed using the Least Significant Difference (LSD).

Expected Output
  • Develop improved feeding and rearing management
  • Results will be the basis of formulating research proposals toward the development of potential native chicken in the region particularly Ilocos Norte.
