Biography

Thomas D. Ubiña hold the rank Associate Professor IV of the College of Enigineering of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) where he actively involved in instruction and research activities. He earned Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Arts in Education major in Physics at Mariano Marcos State University. He is currently the Chief of National Bioenergy Research and Innovation Center (NBERIC). He is involve in various research funded-projects as well as GAA funded projects.
