Biography

Mee Jay A. Domingo is a language and literature teacher both in the undergraduate and graduate levels at the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), Philippines. He earned his Master of Arts in English Language and Literature degree in 2010 and his AB in English Studies major in English as a Second Language diploma (Cum Laude) in 2005. As a university teacher, he has conducted trainings, seminars and workshops for teachers and students. He is interested in researches that help bridge theory and practice and the enhancement of language proficiency of students. Some of his papers were presented in national and international conferences, two of which are published in peer-reviewed conference proceedings. These are the Need-based Course Content for the English Bridge Program (EBP) by the Language Institute of Thamasat University, Bangkok, Thailand and Identity Representation in Facebook through Language Functions and Language Codes Used by Users by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong.
