Biography

 The author was born in Brgy. 13 Aggasi, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte on December 29, 1990. He is the fifth among the seven children of Mr. Argelio M. Agreda and the late Mrs Josefina G. Agreda. He took his primary education at Aggasi Primary School (now Aggasi Elementary School) and after finishing grade 4, he continued his elementary education at Luzong Elementary School where he graduated in 2003. He completed his secondary education at the Luzong National High School in 2007. After which he started to take his bachelors/ baccalaureate degree Agricultural Engineering at the Mariano Marcos State University in 2009 and finished it in the year 2014. He immediately took his Professional and Licensure Examination on July 2014 and passed it.
 He was employed as Contractual under Light Detection and Ranging Phase 2 (LiDAR 2) one of the special projects of MMSU from October 2014- March 2015. He also experienced working with the National Research and Development Program for Watershed Management of the Philippines Phase 2- Quiaoit River Watershed Project (NRDPWP 2-QRW) another MMSU special project from April 2015 to August 2016 as Contractual University Research Associate. From September 2016 up to present, He is one of the researchers of the Research Directorate, MMSU.
