Biography

MERCY FAUSTA R. GANO obtained her degree at the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), BS in Development Communication.  At present, she holds the position, Science Research Specialist 1.   She is the Chief of the Applied Communication (APCO) of the Extension Directorate spearheading the promotion of information and technologies to facilitate technology dissemination and utilization.  These include the use production of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, information and technology caravan, radio program Rimat ti Ilocandia and School-on-the Air (SOA) program, press releases and the social media.  Likewise, she is active in research as she was project staff of various studies on climate change, dragon fruit production, and others.
