Mr. Julius Jonar L. Butay is a graduate of BS in Agricultural Engineering at the Mariano Marcos State University – College of Engineering in April 2015 he later passed his board examination. He started his career as Contract of Service in this university from 2016-2019 under the different special projects. The nationwide project entitled “Phil-LiDAR 2 or the Philippines Light Detection and Ranging” , “Identification of Suitable Sites for Small Scale Irrigation Projects” and “Establishment, Maintenance, Protection and Restoration of Nipa Stands for Bioethanol Production” all under Research Directorate.

At present, aside from research studies he is also designated as the Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan staff and Land Acquisition and Consolidation and Development staff. Currently handling the land use and infrastructure planning of the university as support to the Administrative offices of the university.
