Biography

MARGARITA G. HILARIO, DPA, the Program Chair of MA/M in Public Administration, MSAC-Local Governance Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) 01, AACCUP Accreditor, ISO Internal Auditor, former Chief of Program and Institutional Accreditation, and a faculty of CBEA and Graduate School, handling subjects such as Strategic Management, Business Research, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Total Quality Management, Organizational  Development, Corporate Social Responsibility,  Theory and Practice of Public Administration, Public Personnel Administration, Voluntary Sector Management, Organization and Management, among others.

She is engaged in commissioned researches of the DILG - Citizens Satisfaction Index System from 2013 to 2015. She also engaged herself as a lecturer/resource speaker in various programs of government agencies such as Department of Interior and Local Government(DILG), Department of Trade and Industry(DTI), Department of Agriculture (DA), Philippine Rice Institute (PhilRice), among other and a trainor on Sustainable LED for LGUs  and CSO Capacity Development  for Local Special Bodies.

She is actively involved in accreditation-as an AACCUP Accreditor and ISO Auditor.
