2021 Agency In-House Research Proposal Review
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and intermittent network connectivity, the Research Directorate managed to conduct the virtual Agency In-house Research Proposal Review held last September 28-30, 2021.
Around 120 faculty and full-time researchers presented their research proposal assessed by faculty evaluators from the different colleges in the University.
Of the 67 papers presented, 28 projects were under the Humanities, Social Science, Communication, and Education Research Center (HuSoCoMERC); 20 from the Natural Resources Conservation and Management Center (NRCMC); two from Garlic Research Center (GRC); five from the National Bioenergy Research and Innovation Center (NBERIC); three from the Regional Research and Training Center for Climate Change Studies (RRTCCC); and nine from Center for Innovative Materials in Emerging Applications (CIMEA). Proposals selected will be endorsed for implementation in 2022.
The research proposal review is an annual event after the Agency In-house Research Review where research projects/studies from the different colleges and units are evaluated by a Panel of Evaluators.
