TRAINING-WORKSHOP ON PATENT SEARCH AND DRAFTING
The IPOPHIL will be conducting a four-day training-workshop on Patent Search and Drafting on October 13-16, 2015 at OSIS, CRL, MMSU, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte. The training is intended for researchers. It aims to capacitate faculty and full time researchers on the basic prior art search and principles of patenting their developed technologies.
The speakers will be Engr. Emmanuel M. Mendoza (IPRS III, IPOPHIL) and Engr. Eric C. Paden (IPRS III, IPOPHIL).
