Biography

A committed academic and researcher with over six years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, and research in the fields of nutrition, food science, and health education. Currently serving as a faculty member at Mariano Marcos State University, I have consistently demonstrated excellence in instruction, earning multiple recognitions including Best Paper Awards and Top Performing Faculty distinctions. My research interests lie in the integration of health and nutrition into food science and technology, with a focus on how dietary practices—such as the consumption of repeatedly heated cooking oil affect overall health, particularly among students. Passionate about public health advocacy and evidence-based policy, I aim to produce impactful research that informs community practices and contributes to national food safety and mental wellness initiatives.
