Purpose |

process of making pickled eggs made from pickling solutions and native eggs to
provide appetizer and prolong the shelf life of eggs. The present utility model is
comprised of the following steps: sterilizing, preparing, cooking, draining, sterilizing,
peeling, rinsing, cutting, mixing, packing, pasteurizing, sealing, labelling and storing.
Materials consisting of eggs, pickling solution containing vinegar, sugar and salt,
carrots, chili pepper and garlic were needed in processing the pickled egg. |
