The proponents  are l conducting a study on the Effects of Onboarding Program of MMSU College of Teacher Education on beginning teachers’ teaching practices in the whole University.  As most researchers admit that Onboarding Program is of vital importance in teachers’ preparation in entering the educational field, it is deemed necessary to determine the effects of the program. 

        The data gathered will serve as basis for developing and validating a training package which could be used for Onboarding Programs inside and outside MMSU. The training package includes the rationale and objectives of the program, training design, content and methodology, training workshop and evaluation as well as training materials and manpower which include the key implementers, trainers and facilitators.  A training matrix or action plan shall be prepared to outline the plan and schedule of activities.

          Eventually, the proponents of this study will also be presenting this research in national and international conferences and to publish this in journals as well.
