Biography

He graduated at the Mariano Marcos State University College of Fisheries, Currimao, Ilocos Norte last April 10, 1994 with the degree Bachelor of Science in Fisheries major in Fish Processing.  He was a recipient of Sen. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo Award for Excellence. He is also a Fisheries Technologist Board Passer.

Before he was hired at MMSU as Science Research Assistant last December 2, 2002, he worked at LGU Currimao, Ilocos Norte as Agricultural Technologist. At present, he works on Fishery researches such as on Sargassum Study and on The Role of Men and Women in Aquaculture Industry in Ilocos Norte. He looks forward in attending seminars and trainings to enhance his knowledge and for professional growth.
