Biography

Dr. Lilybeth C. Agno is a member of the University Research Ethics Review Board (URERB), which is tasked to review and evaluate research proposals involving human participants, to check if these adhere to prescribed university ethical standards. She is the current chair of the Education Panel of the said review board. She is also the current focal person for research in the Elementary Education Department of MMSU College of Teacher Education. She has attended local and international conferences as paper or poster presenter. She served as Research Coordinator of MMSU-CTE for 3 years. She handles undergraduate and graduate courses in the same university. Dr. Agno finished her doctorate, masteral and bachelor degrees at MMSU. At present, Dr. Agno is working on a research proposal that investigates the experiences of educational stakeholders in the new normal of education during the COVID-19 pandemic
