Biography

Emmanuel Noel A. Clemente is a faculty member of Mariano Marcos State University for 17 years. He is presently the Chairman of the Department of the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and currently the College TESDA Coordinator. He is  an awardee of the TESDA IDOL and a finalist for the National Competition year 2009 member college PASUC Committee, member of Philippine Association of Industrial & Technology Educators (PAITE) Inc. member of NAKEM and elected as Auditor at Timpuyog Dagiti Mannurat Iti Iloko Iti Filipinas(TMIF) Inc.

He completed his academic requirement in Doctor of Philosophy major in Technology Education Management at the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University of San Fernando City Mid-Launon Campus in 2013.  He finished his Master of Arts Education in Technology Education at the Mariano Marcos State University Graduate School, Laoag City in 2009 of which he was a full scholar under the University Manpower Development Program. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education at the College of Industrial Technology (formerly College of Technology), Laoag City in 1991. He is a lifetime member of the Philippine Teachers Association, the only accredited professional organization for Teachers by the Professional Regulation Commission, and Federated Alumni member of MMSU.

He has conducted research projects on Design, fabrication and evaluation of a mobile cloth press electric flat iron. Development of refrigeration trainer for ACU and Refrigerator and a Module writer on Refrigeration & air-conditioning technology.
