Biography
Eleazer O. Grande is a graduate of Chemical Engineering. He was involved in the Bioenergy Research Center also known as National Bioenergy Research and Innovation Center of Mariano Marcos State University. He is currently assigned in the Food Processing and Innovation Center for Product Development and for the maintenance of the food processing equipment. At present, he is working on Black Garlic production and garlic-based products as Project Staff of the NICER 4 Project "Enhance usability and profitability of garlic through black garlic processing". He is also part of the Technical Working Group on Equipment Calibration of the university and serves as Person In-charge of Procurement of the Science and Technology Park.
