Bobby A. Eclarin is a Computer Engineer with a doctorate degree in Information Technology. He is an Associate Professor at the College of Engineering. He specializes in Digital Electronics, Data Science and Analytics and Software Design and Development. He finished his bachelors degree BS Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He pursued his masters degree, Master in Information Technology, at De La Salle University, and finished his doctorate at the Technological Institute of the Philippines with the degree Doctor in Information Technology. His publication includes hashing algorithms, Natural Language Processing and Information Retrieval. Other research works includes farm data analytics, crop management, livestock, poultry and fishery management systems. He is a member of the Professional Institute of Computer Engineers in the Philippines.
