Biography

Prof. Sheena Marie Joy P. Lidora, Assistant Professor I, has been with the Mariano Marcos State University for seven years, and one of the pioneers of the Department of Agribusiness. She finished her BS Agricultural Economics, Major in Marketing and Prices, at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños and her MS in Agricultural Economics at Benguet State University, La Trinidad, Benguet. She is a licensed Agriculturist. She has been involved in research projects and extension activities in the university. She was involved in the study “Marketing System of Native Chicken in Region I” under the project “Market Analysis and Product Development of Bolinao Native Chicken.” In addition, she is currently the leader in the project “Value Chain Analysis of Garlic in the Philippines.” Moreover, she also attended various seminars, conferences, workshops and short courses including, but not limited to writing and publishing research papers, packaging and production of IEC materials, technical writing and oral presentation for extension workers, and the like.
