Dr. Andrian A. dela Cruz holds an academic rank of Assistant Professor 3 and teaches most of the major and allied subjects in the Early Childhood and Special Needs Education at MMSU College of Teacher Education. He finished his degree leading to Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Early Childhood Education at the New Era University. He is an active Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines - Division 1: Governmental, Educational and International Policies, and recently served as Field Researcher in the NRCP-KTOP funded research project titled “Bridging the Gap on Remote Teaching and Learning”. Likewise, he reviews research articles in Early Childhood Education for the International Journal of Educational Development, a Scopus Indexed, and SCImago Journal Rank where articles are published by Elsevier and NORSU PRISM Journal, a CHEd Recognized and Asean Citation Indexed Journal. He presented and published his articles in both local and international journals. His almost a decade of teaching experiences brought him into the realm of classroom-based research that focuses on the cooperating teachers’ pedagogy, medium of teaching and learning, children’s nature and behavior, pre-service teachers’ classroom instruction, and lived experiences of the underserved to name a few
