Biography
Ryan Jossan D. Duque is a faculty member in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at Mariano Marcos State University's College of Business, Economics, and Accountancy. He is now pursuing his Masters in Management at the Mariano Marcos State University Graduate School. He was once an Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Jollibee Foods Corporation. His areas of expertise include restaurant systems, food safety management systems, service quality management, business channel management, restaurant marketing strategies, and hospitality industry forecasting techniques. He works as a consultant in strategic marketing on the side. Since he has been working in the sector for the past five years, he has dedicated his job and career to researching various business strategies and competitiveness.
