Biography
She obtained all her degrees at the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), BS in Development Communication, MS in Rural Development and Ph.D in Rural Development. At present, she is an University Researcher I and affiliate faculty of the Rural Development Program of the Graduate School. She teaches social science subjects and serves as member of advisory committee of the MS and PhD programs in Rural Development and BS in Agricultural Extension as well as BS in Development Communication. Likewise, she is active in research as she was project staff of various studies on garlic, climate change, renewable energy, and needs assessment of the DAR projects. She currently serves as Chief of the Monitoring and Evaluation of the University under the Planning Directorate and Cluster Coordinator for Regional Technology Transfer of the Ilocos Agriculture, Aquatic Resources Research and Development Consortium (ILAARRDEC). She is a member of the impact evaluation team who conducted assessments of the extension programs of the University and spearheads client satisfaction surveys.
