Brief Description
Due to squash health benefits, culinary functions and lack of buyers and market access the researchers will be conducting a product development particularly snacks and other food products this will enable to utilizes and maximize squash as main ingredient. Furthermore, through this study squash will also expand its marketability and provide sustainable livelihood to the people and community through development of squash-based products
