Brief Description
The work shall begin with gathering of data on the profile; level of job motivation; level of job satisfaction; level of work commitment; level of competencies; and the personal and social qualities of the faculty members of the College of Business, Economics and Accountancy. It will also elicit data on their level of productivity along instruction, research and extension.  Moreover, the significant relationship between the levels of job motivation, job satisfaction, work commitment, competencies, social and personal qualities, and level of productivity along instruction, research and extension will also be determined.  The profile of the faculty members will be excluded in determining the relationships.  

This research study will also be conducted in response to the recommendation of AACUP Level II Accreditation for BS in Cooperative Management along Area III (Curriculum and Instruction).

Expected Output
General Knowledge. Analysis of the factors that significantly influence the productivity of the faculty members of the College of Business, Economics and Accountancy along instruction, research and extension. The result will help the faculty members to identify the factors to enhance and improve to increase productivity.
Paper Presentation.  Results of the study are to be presented in the In-House Research Review and other research conferences .
Publication of the output in a reputable journal.  Publish output in Scopus or ISI indexed journals.
