Brief Description
This study was conducted to determine the level of teaching effectiveness of the Industrial education graduates of the Mariano Marcos State University – College of Industrial Technology. Specifically, it aimed to identify the characteristics of the Industrial Education graduates, to determine the level of teaching effectiveness of the IE graduates (in terms of student engagement, classroom management, and instructional strategies), and to find the significant relationship between the IE graduates’ characteristics and their level of teaching effectiveness.
