Brief Description
This study will be a systematic literature review to answer the question, “What is the effect of low, medium, and high-fidelity simulation on the clinical confidence of nursing learners regarding safe medication administration?” . This is part of action research that will serve as one of the basis for designing the quasi-experimental study intervention component in terms of systems and facilities. A teaching-learning program module that progressively integrates low, medium, and high-fidelity simulations in medication administration for all program levels from first year to fourth year will be implemented at Nursing Arts Laboratory (NAL) at Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU).
Expected Output
Systematic Literature Review
