This will have a great impact in the workplace of staff and units, allowing end-users to easily manage and search documents needed by the different offices and external agencies, thus saving time, effort and money. The intended users are the staff, units, colleges and external clients. The developed system can be installed in desktop or laptop computers even without the internet.
