Social Impact 
The study on Moringa oleifera and Corchorus olitorius will target community empowerment and development. Given that Ilocos Norte is abundant in malungay and saluyot, the community will be able to benefit from the value-added products from malungay and saluyot and boost the economy in the region. This will also seek to provide additional income for the farmers.

Economic Impact 
This study intends to provide opportunities to micro, small and medium enterprises in the province that will surely enable economic progress through malungay and saluyot processing and trading.
