Brief Description | |
Expected Output | PRODUCT-Low, medium and high-fidelity simulation to be integrated as an educational initiative, a learning environment to nursing learners. This will provide the learners with the opportunity to practice ethical, legal and evidence-based professional competence. PUBLICATION- The study will be disseminated through conferences and publications on various nursing journals, and be presented by the researchers in significant nursing assemblies. POLICY- The researchers will present the results of the study which will serve as the basis of academicians to substantiate a policy for the utilization of low, medium and high-fidelity simulations as an educational initiative that supports the best practices of future nurses. PLACE AND PARTNERSHIP- The partnership and linkages will extend through Commission on Higher Education for its funding assistance for the extra costs associated with high fidelity mannequins. The results of this study will somehow justify the differences in the outcomes of clinical reasoning and skills of the learners. PEOPLE SERVICE- Nursing learners who will properly utilize low, medium and high-fidelity simulation will further allow them to develop crisis and management skills in an intellectual and safe environment. SOCIAL IMPACT- Nursing learners will develop open mindedness to others’ ideas as they practice their ability to learn from others, manage teamwork, and listen to multiple perspectives. It will somehow increase the learners’ confidence in dealing with patients which will somehow promote a sociable environment to patients. |
