Brief Description | The novel corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic which is ravaging the globe is likely to cause the most serious disruption in the educational opportunity. This crisis caused the temporary closure of educational institutions across the globe. This sudden closure of schools is impacting billions of students, teachers, and academic and professional staff as well. This drastic change of education in the global arena is giving a grim picture of the current educational landscape and its future. Parents involvement in the educative process is indispensable. It cannot be denied therefore that they are also affected in this change of educational landscape. The parents of students, specifically the EED department of Mariano Marcos State University is not exempted from this global educational chaos, thus this study. |
Expected Output | This study sought to provide significant information on the attitudes and experiences of parents online teaching, thus, providing bases for: 1. formulation of policies or proposing Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) in online teaching. 2. drafting a Parents Manual for online teaching. |
