Biography

Milagros B. Barruga is a doctoral candidate in Information Technology and a faculty member at MMSU, specializing in cybersecurity strategies and digital infrastructure development for higher education institutions. With nearly two decades of experience in academic instruction, research, and institutional development, she is involved in project implementations with a focus on designing resilient, collaborative, and research-driven technology frameworks aligned with Industry 4.0 initiatives and digital transformation.
