Produce the following information that could be disseminated or presented in research fora or conferences and can be utilized as baseline data in crafting a model for the enhancement of values and attitudes of in-service teachers through school-based programs for effective teaching and learning: 
1)    In-service teachers’ values and attitudes towards effective learning. 
2)    In-service teachers’ perceptions on the effect of school-based programs in their values and attitudes towards effective learning. 
3)    School-based programs for the enhancement of in-service teachers’ values and attitude towards effective learning.
