Brief Description
The findings of the study holds significance in fostering sustainable farming and environmental conservation. Validating the organic-based farming technologies hopes to contribute to bridging the gap between innovative agricultural solutions and their real-world applicability. In addition, evaluating the effects of developed organic-based inputs on key crops like rice and major dry-season crops, not only enhances crop productivity but also fine-tunes these inputs for maximum efficiency.
Moreover, the research plays a crucial role in promoting the adoption of recommended organic-based technologies. By generating empirical evidence of the benefits and viability of these technologies, the research empowers farmers and stakeholders with compelling reasons to transition towards sustainable practices.
Expected Output
- Patents/IP: at least one Utility Model for organic-based farm supplement (FPJ, FFJ, FAA)
- Products: best practices on organic farming system
- People Services: At least ten farmers trained on organic crop management
- Partnership: LGU collaboration for the diffusion of developed technologies at farmer’s field
