The Functional Foods and Nutraceutical Research Center (FNRC) is dedicated to advancing the development, research, and innovation of functional foods and nutraceuticals that promote health and wellness. Our center focuses on harnessing the natural bioactive compounds in local agricultural products to create value-added foods and nutritional supplements that meet international standards.
