Professor James Paul Madigal of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) presented a Scientific Poster titled, “Formulation of Nipahol Sanitizer Gen and Evaluation of its Antibacterial Efficacy Against Staphylococcus Aureus” during the 43rd Annual Scientific Meeting of the National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) last July 13-15, 2021.
The Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) Started since 1978 and has since earned the distinction as the most prestigious Philippine scientific conference.
The NAST Transactions, composed of papers presented in the ASM, is annual journal of the Academy.
NAST also publishes books and monographs based on the studies of its members and other renowned scientists.
The ASM was preceded by a series of roundtable discussions during which the Academy examined and discussed critical issues and concerns. The outcomes of these RTDs were presented and discussed in the ASM Plenary Sessions.
